Rainbows have fun while learning and growing through activities, trips and adventures. They take part in games and creative activities at meetings, as well as special events.

They can earn badges by trying new things, like recycling, storytelling, camping, leadership and first aid. They also build important skills as they go.

Rainbows can work towards awards like the Rainbow Gold Award and the Rainbows Theme Awards, which help them feel proud of what they achieve.

They are supported by friendly, trained leaders who help them try new things, challenge themselves and have fun.
